The Caribbean country of Haiti is only 700 miles from Florida but it is the third poorest country in the world.  For the first time in the summer of 2008, Student Ministry is excited to offer a mission trip to this country.  We will be partnering with the In the Father’s Hand Children’s Home located in the northwest coast town of Port au Paix.  This trip will be built around helping host an annual basketball camp for street kids.  We will also do home and church visits; work at the children’s home and with a orphanage.  Don’t miss the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the poorest country in the western hemisphere.
